Update to Card on File 2.x

This release now support Card on File 2.x this moves card on file to Drupal Entities and all the benefits it brings with it. You will need to upgrade to Card on File 2.x or you customers will no longer be able to use stored cards.

Drupal 7 update

This is the development branch for 7.x-2.x.

Fixed a bug when a customer's card was declined after 3d secure, the were redirected to the cart review form but were not notified that that card had been declined.
