This release fixes a few minor bugs, while adding a new module for handling tax exemptions.

Module has been stable enough to tag a 2.0 stable release.

Added hook_modules_enabled() and hook_modules_installed() which now flushes the cache.

2nd release of the 4.x series. Includes the new credit card payment features.
Note that this version requires Webform 4 and CiviCRM 4.4
