Delete variables of new features to .install file. Fixed bug of missing fields at initial setup block.

Fixed:
- Issue 2253911: Queue Mail value not being loaded on Config Form
- Issue 2253907: Email notification reports failure despite being added to queue
- Spelling issue with admin form.

• Completed test suite for dkan_dataset, dkan_dataset_api and Dataset class
• Many bugs fixed

This release addresses the following open issues:

• #2182323: Sending hour is not respected in certain cases
• #2246613: Themed name in notification mails

CSS and JS files and settings added by drupal_add_*() in hook_block_view() are stored in cache and replayed later.
Block panel pane caching is supported now. Just add block pane and configure block (not pane) to turn on caching.
