Changes since 7.x-1.4:

• Updated CHANGELOG.txt for 7.x-1.5 release.
• Oops, prematurely added the 7.x-1.5 entry to the CHANGELOG.txt.
• Created a CHANGELOG.txt.

pushing recent dev changes. removing responsive mean menu in favor of promoting contrib menu and added a sass responsive solution for default. Few bugs fixes and improvements as well. Mostly, the inclusion of the great jeet grid.

added drupal8 support for base url's not auto adding trailing slash.
also added more information on security for password field.

*All logic for creating transaction and changing order status now happens in the callback for the Klarna push URL.

*A custom return page is now used instead of the one built into Drupal Commerce to avoid that the transaction is created twice.

*The while loop that previously waited for the push callback is now removed.

Initial release

This resolves a critical security vulnerability, SA-CONTRIB-2014-048, all users are strongly urged to update immediately. It also resolves a few bugs and makes some improvements.
