Issue #2163711: Improved the README.
Issue #2168589: Fixed folder existence check for paths with a trailing slash.
Issue #2169449: Removed the old temp file step in _s3fs_image_style_deliver(). This should improve compatibility with certain image-related modules.
Issue #2192987: s3fs's raw SQL code now accounts for table prefixes.
