New features:

1. Global activation method: choose between global on, global off, user setting.
2. 3 color styles now available: jGrowl default (black), Drupal colors default, Facebook style.
3. Box shadow on/off available now for all styles.
4. Additional option to toggle Nice messages also for pages on a path basis.

Fixed main issues:

All known Kaje administration functions supported.
User profile also has some admin functions to change picture password or delete the Kaje account.
