This is the start of the entity transition.

Changes since 7.x-1.4

• Added example make file.

This release is equivalent to the previous 7.x-1.x-dev from July 10, 2012.

I'm spinning it out as 7.x-1.0 and making a new 7.x-1.x-dev available to test so people can review improvements in #2246907: Checkout issues which are not yet complete.

If you were using the previous dev release, please move to stable now.

If you are able to test / improve the module, please use the dev release.

Initial version.
