First release.

Fix a small bug in new form valiation.

After a year no bug reports has been filed. So, only new functionalities are been added.

• Added ajax menu for configure which MercadoPago payment methods to disabled.
• Added possibility to configure how MercadoPago is rendered. You can choose between
  modal, iframe, redirect, etc.
• Added switch for enable/disable sandbox mode.
• Improvements on code comments.
• Implements shipping module integration. Now the information is sent to MercadoPago (but for now, that information is not been used by MercadoPago).

Applied patch from thyssimonis to fix dependencies and sound api call.

Also added some new features from the Pushover api, the priority 2 mode.
