Initial dev version for Drupal 7

Initial commit of the wordpress_migrate module.

Update to 7.x core compatibility (with thanks to the Coder project and http://upgrade.boombatower.com)

* split hook_block into multiple hooks
* overhaul core routine to search for "related" nodes
* various coding standards/review updates
* Doxygen comments updated

Basic testing confirms the module is functioning as advertised. The core search routine was modified significantly to match D7 APIs, but appears to function as before.
