Changes since DRUPAL-7--1-0-ALPHA2:

• 7.x upgrades -- fix form button access by adding actions array. add 'restrict access' key to 'administer userprotect' permission.
• user user_role_grant_permissions instead of adding roles manually.
• update install and readme for 7.x, get rid of redundant documentation.
• final 7.x tweaks in preparation for release.

The 1.11 version of Image Resize Filter fixes a small regression bug introduced in the 1.10 version.

This is the first alpha release of Nodequeue for Drupal 7.

Queues are sortable, ajax toggle links appear, and (at least the basic) Views integration works.

You can help reach a full release by testing and reporting issues and by re-rolling patches that need to be ported to the 7.x branch.
