7.x

First 7 release!

Initial Drupal 7 release, implementing full feature parity with gmaplocation module 6.x-2.0 and an upgrade path for users of that module.

- #1004062 by FreekyMage and swentel: add UI to control the allowed css properties.
- #984302 by swentel: fix reference in form.
- #966644 by swentel: drupal_rebuild_theme_registry has been renamed.
- General clean up in css and js.

Fixed bug: highlight active menu items.

Initial

My first project updated to D7 so please let me know if any issues.

NOTES:
- mimemail patch is still in distro but has not been looked at for D7
- admin page does not show up at admin/config - i think this is a core bug but haven't verified
