Commenting out validation to fix an error with deleting guestpasses.

Small fix for long_text list creation.

#1359128 by extrarumeno: Added missing image (bg-orange-tall.png) to theme.

I have tested and developed with the theme as a base theme rather than a copy/paste/develop type of theme and feel it's ready to be used as a base theme now. Please review the updated README.txt file as it explains how to go about creating a subtheme of jBase5.

This is where things change regularly. Not suitable for production sites.
