Fix UTF-8 problem with NuSOAP in alpha2 release.
When upgrading from alpha1: install http://drupal.org/project/libraries module and download the NuSOAP library (see INSTALL.txt for instructions)

Various small code fixes

Use NuSOAP PHP library instead for better SOAP handling.
