I could not find a module that would display an icon (default or 'user chosen', but not a logo) for a given node type. As a newbie with templates, as many Drupal users, I think this would be a good feature.
It would definately ease managing documents. Indeed, if the node title for a unique content is often similar (ex. mass imported photos and videos of the same event, but which require a node each), an icon displayed just before the node title (or even weighted) would quickly inform on the node type, at least.
We are currently looking for a way to integrate Shibboleth authentication and authorization into Drupal. Searching drupal.org did not turn out any valuable information on this topic. Is there any ongoing development into that direction or is any ready to use module available?
Otherwise we are going to develop such a module. Any recommendation or experience on the development of a Shibboleth authentication module would be highly appreciated.
Hey,, im trying to config my shopping cart with E-Commerce configuration and the shipping module is giving me so much hassel i am only going to use "canada post" so when i try to add a product and enter the package dimensions and save it works but when i try to check out i get this:
"canadapost configuration error. Please notify the site administrator."
then i go to the shipping module and try to test canada post and i get this msg:
Has anyone else been disappointed with time zones as currently managed by Drupal? I'm hoping that in the future (by which I mean releases 6+) we can set a site's time zone by name (i.e. Canada/Eastern) rather than by GMT offset. Ensuring proper handling of time zones and daylight savings vis a vis the Event modules has been quite confusing since I started using Drupal (back in the 4.7 days) and I'd just like to see something better. As well, I'd like to see where others sit on the issue before I start actually agitating on it.
Many people know us as vhost (see this Drupal node). We provide Drupal hosting and are currently looking to outsource administration of some of our servers to a Drupal expert.
The servers are running Ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com) and the required person will need to be able to administer and "tweak / configure" the OS to ensure that it is capable of running Drupal sites and support as many of the contributed modules as possible.
