Don't know what I'm doing wrong, please help.

I installed Drupal, following the instructions in the install.txt file. When I try and go to the login page and sign up for my first acount I get this error after submitting my user name and e-mail address.

About Image module

I downloaded image module and installed it on my web site. But it cannot work without imagemagick/gd support, even thought I dont need the thumbnail and image processing function. I contacted with tech support of my web hoster. They refuse to install imagemagick or gd for me. However they said their php system (php/apache/freeBSD) support GD library, they said I need not a standalone executable converter file to fulfil the task. Now I am fully confused. Is there any way that I can use image module without a converter.exe ? How ?

Archive browser calendar translation

How can I translate the "archive browser calendar"?

I have search for the "Mo", "Tu", ... in .module archives but I haven't found nothing :(

newbie question re unread posts

I'm attempting to create an intuitve novice-user friendly discussion system similar to Yahoo groups that provides email notification + the ability to see unread "posts".

I've been expirmenting with Drupal and a few other candidates (phpBB) but am unable to configure drupal to show unread posts.

Is there a module or configuration to that will show user's unread posts like Yahoo groups?

Thanks in advance,

any advice will be appreciated

Include author in book list?

Is there an easy way to include the author's name (and perhaps also the date of composition) in the bulleted lists of book pages - for example, in a way similar to the tracker module, which has a neat tabled list of book page, author, and date (in CVS). It seems odd for a collaborative that you cannot immediately see who has contributed what and when.

New Import-module SQL Error
