Possible to move a site from one location to another?

Hi,

Just wondering: is it possible to move a website from one location to another easily? I'm just thinking something along the lines of: copy drupal directory to other site; copy database tables to other site's MySQL database; update access data and location of MySQL database system; away you go.

It is that easy?

How to build a FAQ like the module in PostNuke?

I'm concidering to convert my website from PostNuke to Drupal, and I don't know/understand how to convert the FAQ.
(See it here: http://thekeepers.sourceforge.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=FAQ&file=i...)

RSS Feeds

Hi, I just downloaded drupal and its a great prog. Here is somethings i need. I want to create a page which have 6 RSS feeds(6 different sites) on the front page.

I want to have the site something like this http://www.samachar.com/

With news from news sites. Is there anyway i can do this by creating a theme?

Providing Security for Pages

I've been playing with drupal admin on the opencms website. It seems to me that I can create users, then add roles which control access to certain content (and update versus read). But, it seems to me, that if I enable role to view static pages for example, then any users that can view static pages can view ALL static pages.

In other words, if I grant page access, I can't stop the folks in sales from reading pages created by the folks in accounting? Do I have this right?

Thanks.

ssh logon but for user anonymous

Hi,

how must Drupal (resp. Apache) be configured so that anonymous can view everything via http, but any other user will use the site via https?

Thanks, Ro.
