Installing Drupal

Folks.

I have apache 2.0.52

PHP 5.0.2

mysql 5.0.2

Drupal 4.5.1

Everything is installed and yet when i point my browser to index.php I get:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.0.52 (Win32) Server at localhost Port 80

I have worked on this two days and i need to know the answer ASAP.

Can ANYONE help?

Ok, I'm trying to install drupal on a webserver for the 1st time, and I keep getting that error when going to my site. Let me tell you what I did. 1st I unzipped the lastest release (4.5.1) to a folder on my desktop, then i uploaded the contents of that folder to my httpdocs folder on my webserver. After that I created my databases and database users (user: example pass: example123 and the DB name was drupal).

im getting a plethora of errors when uploading drupal to my web server.

there is nothing about it on here...

i am running:

PHP Version 4.3.9||Apache/1.3.29||MySQL 3.23.49

on this server, im getting this lot of errors:

Hello... all

Upon loading index.php to test my 1st install out, I get this error when trying to open http://xxx/index.php... Anyone experience this?

drupal-4.5.0, have been installed and configured correctly in Apache2 + PHP4 + MySQL, is still unable to creat a new account, owing to this error:"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /opt/apache/htdocs/sirtoozee/drupal-4.5.0/modules/user.module on line 361
".

I haven't met such error in other drupal 4.4.X releases before,however.

Please give me some advice, thanks so much!
