How do I install Organic Groups?

I have installed several modules on my Drupal site, without a problem. Today, however, I tried to install Organic Groups, and I can't seem to figure out the proper way to do it. The readme.txt included with the module simpy says "Activate the module as usual" (not all that helpful), but whenever I copy the module file(s) in the modules folder, the only result I get is that I can't even load the modules page. Creating a subfolder under /modules with all the files inside it doesn't work either. Since these are the only two "usual" ways I know to install a module, I am a bit at loss.

Problem with Danish characters when using php's include

I have just installed Drupal on my test server, and it looks pretty nice.

The problem I have is that when I want to include a php file (using php include_once("...") the file is included correct, only the danish special characters are all removed and replaced with ?

How do I fix this?

XTemplate problem

Dear Community!

I have been downloading the last drupal release and tried to install on a apache System.

It seems to work properly but brings me following "user notice" when calling the index page:

forum: "warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument..."

My Drupal is up and running on my localhost box (Mac OS X 10.4.1, Apache 1.3.33, Php 4.3.11, mod rewrite on) everything works flawlessly but the forum. I have enabled it through the admin/modules page, and not yet configured it.

When I click on node/add/forum, I get the following lines on top of the page:
