Installing Drupal

when I load the DB file from Mysql command line,when it is going to be completed,a mysql error 1364 always apear at:

REPLACE blocks SET module = 'user', delta = '0', status = '1';
REPLACE blocks SET module = 'user', delta = '1', status = '1';

with "error 1364 (hy000): field 'page' doesn't have a default value."

after this,I have to execute the left query manually.Then I load index.php file with my web server,but on the pages,there is no outfit,although I've tried to load the themes several times,but nothing happened,still no theme like this:

am newbie to drupal, i had install drupal 4.6.5 on my windows XP SP2 with apache server 2.0.55 and PHP 5.1.1 and MySQL 5.0 i did the following
1-create databse
2-make previliges for the user
2- load the drupal scheme (with some changes in CREATE TABLE blocks by removing the NOT NULL from pages because i had this error

error 1364(hy000) line 803 : field 'pages' dont have defult value

Hi.. I've installed the 4.6 version on a computer running win XP PHP 5 and Apache 2.

The admin page does not display the header and menus, instead it shows something like

head} {styles} {_BLOCK_.header.logo} {_BLOCK_.header.site_name} {secondary_links}

Any suggestions?

I'm having an odd "recent posts" problem and though I can't seeem to locate a thread here from anyone else getting this issue -- I did find one post that says mod_php and mod_rewrite can cause some clean url problems and I'm wondering is that is it. I foound this post in a discusstion regarding whether to use FASTcgi or not. I have this server option, but decided not to use it.

I've set up six main vocabularies. I have taken all taxonomies out of the menu block and have six links to six separately modified and named sitemaps (sitemap1, sitemap2 etc) that detail the taxonomic tree for the respective vocabularies. However, when I go into the categories, i notice the vocabulary titles have disappeared from the breadcrumb. Interestingly, I'm using taxonomy_context, and that does show the vocabulary title (although it might be the content type, as these have been set up separately to match the vocubulary types).
