blank page: admin/themes 4.7.0 beta 4 using PHP 5.0.5

Hello,

I have reviewed what I was able to find on blank pages but it did not address how to solve my issue.
I am getting a blank page when trying to view my themes via admin.

I reviewed this post:
http://drupal.org/node/31819
And this did not resolve issue (but made my site load quicker!)

Drupal and Xampp

Hi,
Finally manage to install Drupal with Xampp, however i have a small problem that I want to resolve and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I can access drupal via the following link:

http://localhost/drupal465/

The problem is that every link i click on leads to http://localhost/xampp/ which is the Xampp welcome homepage.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

Pls post me a reply.

Thanks

Site displaying gibberish randomly

hey all,

Last week I migrated my Drupal installation to a new server. No sweat, I thought, I'll just move the files and database tables, change the settings.php and I'll be done. It turned out I was wrong (otherwise I wouldn't be posting here, of course) because it just wasn't that simple.

Ever since the migration my main page has been spewing out gibberish at random occasions. I changed the CSS to see it that was malfunctioning, but no. It just keeps displaying weird characters:

FVMe

Etc.

(I end the quote there, because it seemingly breaks up the display of this site)

This seems to happen mostly - but not exclusively - if you are not logged in as a user, but surf around the page anonymously. Check it out at http://hangmat.etv.cx. If you don't see the gibberish during your first try, just keep reloading the main page. Ultimately, it will happen.

When I look at the errors using PuTTY, it seems Drupal is generating problems with the bootstrap.inc:
