I wonder is it possible to exclude admin IPs from Zopim to treat as a client visitors? I am working with my site from two different devices and it is not very much convenient that Zopim reacts to my own visits.

There is no way to do it with IP addresses unless you use PHP for visibility. You can however change the visibility settings to exclude certain roles and just login on both devices. I don't see a wide usage of this feature, so I won't add it. I can review patches if there are others who find it helpful, but only against the 2.x branch since the 1.x branch is seeing no more additional features.
