Hi, I was using 6.x-2.0-beta1 to theme a site and experienced some odd behavior. As debugging proved difficult, I eventually turned off all contrib modules and created an unthemed subtheme. Similar layout issues continued.

Here is the blocks page, as it displayed on my site, in IE6 & 7. IE8, FF & Chrome on XP and FF and Safari on OSX displayed properly.

same with IE7
in IE8 works fine, in IE8-compatibility-mode it does the same as IE7

-dev doesn't fix this (dev of feb-2010)

BUT:

seems to do the trick :D
