The fieldsets are expandable and fine in zen for admins and other users but not my subtheme unless you're logged in as admin.
There's just a line and the label, but it won't expand. Effects both Chrome and FF, haven't checked IE. My host doesn't have siteZen and the other issues like a 404 on the zen settings page or it lloking otherwise completely unstyled aren't happening. I haven't done anything to the subtheme as far as styling or changing anything, only created it.

Ok it's not just Zen, they don't work in Fusion either, but do in Bartik and Stark

I just tried Zen 7.x-5.6 and when I go to admin/structure/types/manage/article/display the collapsible fieldset there works just fine. Looks like this is not a problem on 7.x-5.x after all.
