Help Text for creating content of a content type is not shown on edit/create node page

Hi @ all,

in the settings for every content type normally I can add a hint text for creating new content (with guidelines etc). This text should be shown, when a user or I open the node add/edit form of a content type. Unfortunatelly this hint text doesn't appear. The html element isn't hidden via css, it simply doesn't exist. So I guess it's a bug in the theme's php, isn't it?

Thanks in advance for every solution

phil
