Create a yelp block
Place it in a panel
panel shows up fine

apply addressfield patch
click "use addressfield" on the yelp admin page
WSOD

when editing the yelp block that was placed there, addressfield is not present.

In a fresh site install with just yelp, addressfield and panels I was unable to recreate any of these issues.

Was able to create a yelp block (with addressfield values) and place it in a panel. The block showed up ok, was able to edit it ok (did not loose address).

No WSOD were ever present.

are there other modules you are using that may be creating these errors?
