Default priority setup problem

Hi!

I made a custom content type, and I set the default priority to 0.6 in the add content type page. After making a content I checked the custom content priority in the sitemap.xml and I saw the priority of the content is 0.9 instead of 0.6. I didn't change the priority on the content add page, I just simply add a custom content with the default settings to test the priority override works fine.
