I was seeing php errors from XMLsitemap in the logs ("unknown column") so ran a database repair. Now whenever I run a cron job the logs say I'm missing three tables ... xmlsitemap_additional, xmlsitemap_node and xmlsitemap_term. The sitemap itself is now just one link to the homepage. When I go to phpmyadmin the only xmlsitemap tables that are in the DB are xmlsitemap_file, xmlsitemap_user and xmlsitemap_user_role. Uninstalling the module, reinstalling and running the upgrade script doesn't help. I've tried the release version and some of the dev versions. Any ideas? Thanks.

Except I'm missing three tables, not one. And the sitemap itself is not getting built.

An update. The answer for me was to create a dummy site using the same version of Drupal, install XMLsitemap, then export the needed SQL tables and import them into the database on the live site. Then run a cron job to populate the tables. It seems like installing the same module on the live site would create the needed tables, but for some reason it didn't.
