I have created a patch to:
1) Reduce memory usage in "xmlsitemap_xmlsitemap_process_entity_links()";
2) and removed a call of depricated "entity_load_multiple($entity_type, $ids)".

Looks like this needs to be re-rolled. I would think the caller to this function should do the chunking too, rather that it being inside this function.

xmlsitemap_xmlsitemap_process_entity_links() now clears the entity cache, so I think this is implemented.
