I installed XML Sitemap for the first time today. It included XML Sitemap, XML Sitemap: Engines, XML Sitemap: Node, XML Sitemap: Term, and XML Sitemap: User. It did not include XML Sitemap: Menu or XML Sitemap: File. Looking in the directory where it was installed, there are subdirectories for engines, node, term, and user, but not for menu or file.

Are these available separately, or are they no longer available, or was this an unintended omission from the installation files?

The instructions are for the 5.x-2.x or 6.x releases.
