updated from 6-1.1 to 6-1.2 but now the XML file is empty - http://compshack.com/sitemap.xml

I've deleted cache more than once, flagged the site map as requiring update and ran cron manually few times BUT nothing. I have XML sitemap, XML sitemap node, and XML sitemap taxonomy modules enabled.

What am I missing?

I am also getting same problem...!
After running cron thousands of time i am not getting any xml file in " \sites\default\files\xmlsitemap " folder.

any luck in your case....?

same here. no xml sitemap is generated. /sitemap.xml generates a 404 error. no such page is found. subscribing.

You need to enable the content types to use xmlsitemap.

The content types for the nodes I want included in the sitemap are enabled. The XML sitemap config says I have 85 links indexed by the sitemap. But when I click the sitemap url I get a page not found error. I guess the sitemap has been generated and exists somewhere but not in the usual location /sitemap.xml. Where can I find it?

You need to enable the content types to use xmlsitemap.
1.>> In each content type i got this section

Default priority: 0.5 (nomral)

My system spec. are
xmlsitemap version = "6.x-2.0-beta2"
drupal 6.19
php 5.2.14
mysql 5.0.51a
apache 2.2.17
OS is windows 2003 server ( i m using as dev. server)

This is an index sitemap file to other sitemap files. The two chunk files contain the links to your site.

Oh, sorry, I posted what the OP had and obviously got working. I need to see an example of yoursite/sitemap.xml. I also need a confirmation on which versions you use, this ticket is for 6.x-1.2 only.

Since it is a different version, yes. 2.x series code isn't similar to 1.x series code.

Since the original request appears to be resolved, setting this to fixed. If you're using the 1.x series then you'll need to move to the 2.x series for help since the 1.x series is no longer recommended.

-I got 1.xml file created in "NXhscRe0440PFpI5dSznEVgmauL25KojD7u4e9aZwOM" folder.
On this link
-After that i m getting site map on http://myseverip/sitemap.xml
