autoclose - obsolete?

It looks as though the teaser cut-off is now generated after filters are applied, which means that there is no chance of it cutting off BBCode tags.

Since this is the only purpose of the setting, it could probably just be removed - there's no reason to render broken BBCode that was entered by the user.
