I remember it worked fine at start but at some point I somehow managed to make it so that after uploading an image via the wysiwyg image upload, the only option showing up at "size" is "wysiwyg_imageupload_preview" which makes the image uploaded small. I want it to be as big as the original picture and if I disable the "preview" size the image will show up at the uploading window but when I press "insert" it doesn't show up and there's broken pic sign...
what did I do wrong? I actually remember it working normally at first.. I am using ckeditor..

check the settings, you can whitelist presets admin/wysiwyg_image..

I did.. the only option that I have available in the allowed presets section is the preview one...how do I add more of them ?

This is the problem.. I don't have the imagecache congif in the admin section... I'm looking everywhere for it...

please open an support issue in imagecache or simply activate the submodule imagecache_ui..
