Was testing out the new wowguild module, and it appears to make use of imagelayereffect. Dunno if your aware but a lot of distributions ship without this function (Ubuntu and Debian for example, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/php5/+bug/74647 )

If possible, it may be best to avoid using this function if you can. If not, guess we'll all have to recompile PHP :P

Fixed (hopefully - works on a ubuntu test server) in the latest 7.x-4.x-dev.
