My nodes went into the right state, I then disabled the module since I no longer needed it and then all my nodes changed and turned into Unknown State and now I can't get them to go back. Please help.

OK. I emptied my Workflow Node table and then everything was set back to No state. So I ran this module again and it put 203 nodes into the state "Paid" and then I went back to my workflow summary page and it still said "unknown state".

Uninstalling workflow and this module and then re-setting up everything fixed the problem.
