Action "create content" ignores content type's comment settings

I have a content type that is configured such that created nodes cannot (by default) be commented. When a new node of that type is created by the "create content" action, those nodes can be commented.

At the moment I fix this with an additional "execute PHP" action. Still it would be better if Workflow-ng honored the default comment settings.
