Actions - Allow sending mails to Token of user node reference

Hi,
It could be great that in the email recipient, it will be possible to add User reference tokens. Scenario:
* Maintainer field holds user "Ami"
* Admin changed field to user "Tai"
* Workflow will send "Tai" an email.

I'd also recommend to make the Recipient field Multiple selection.
