Release notes

This version includes the following changes since version 7.x-2.3:
- fixed sort order of states in Workflow Widget.
- fixed some functions to use multiple workflows per bundle.

This version includes the following functionalities that break compatibility with previous version 2.2:
- 'Token' now supports multiple workflows per bundle, using 'chained' tokens - if you use Workflow Field and Tokens, redeclare your tokens using the new chained tokens.
- 'Features' export is enhanced - if you use Features, recreate your feature.
