It's quite possible I'm missing the obvious. However, I can't seem to figure out how to limit the content shown on the 'Workflow Summary' page to display relevant content based on a user's Role.
For example, I have a 'News Links Editor' that doesn't need to see any content types except news links. Currently, all content types are displayed (although the Editor role only has permissions to edit the News Links content). Is there a way to automatically filter the 'Content Types' allowed for viewing?

jdwfly commentedIf you are talking about the view with a page display of workflow/summary then basically anything you could do in views is possible. Making arguments in views is probably what you want.

Kronix commentedAh! Somehow, I failed to understand that the Summary page was actually a Views template. Excellent -- I've made the proper modifications to Views by editing the filter settings.
Thanks for your patience with a beginner!
