I have created a stub documentation wiki page here

using the existing README.TXT

If there is already a doc page in the handbook, apologies, I could not find it and it is not linked from the main module page. Perhaps if this is a good start, we could start to collect the information on the documentation issues in this queue:
http://drupal.org/project/issues/workflow?text=&status=All&priorities=Al...
and enhance what is already in the readme file. It's a wiki, we can all work on it. If it looks like this will work, the project owners can set the module page to link there.

Good spot for this doco too, verta!
I feel Revisioning and Workflow are complimentary modules that go well together so deserve to be put under a common heading.

Since this request is over a year old, I'm going to assume a solution was found or you've moved on. If not, please get updated to the latest versions of all modules and make a request for it against Drupal 7 and I'll be glad to take a look at it.

Since the last year a lot of bugs have been resolved, and features are introduced, and the code seems stable, now seems the right time to get the docu up-to-date.

The project page contains a link to the OP's documentation page.
