Problem/Motivation

Following a fresh install of version 2.2.2 via composer (as noted on the module project page), noticed that it was listed as "Not supported" on the Update Status report. (Screenshot attached)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Workflow via composer, e.g. composer require 'drupal/workflow:^2.1'
  2. Enable the Update Status, if not already.
  3. View the Update Status report (/admin/reports/updates), and note that Workflow is listed under Uninstalled module and flagged as Not supported!

I have searched the issue queue as best I can, and have been unable to find an existing issue for this, so creating one. If I am mistaken and have missed an existing issue, my apologies, please add a comment linking to it.

Indeed,
I created the 2.2.x version, but the system does not allow me to create a 2.2 development branch.

The 2.2 version is also identical to am older 2.1 version.

The 2.1 version is the go-to version. Please disregard the 2.2 version. I will update the project page.
