Uninstall outdated submodules

Problem/Motivation

In D7, this module contained a number of submodules, to enhance performance.
Starting with D8, OO-modelling prevents the loading of all code on a page.

So, some modules became obsolete/redundant/deprecated.
They must be disabled explicitely, so we can remove them in D12.

Steps to reproduce

Install Workflow and submodules in D8, D9.
Upgrade to D10, D11, the submodules are invisible.

Proposed resolution

Add an update hook in workflow.install file.
