Workflow module break migration update

Hi,
I would to update migration to add new created content on th eD6 website. So I run this command:

 drush @vmdevd8ce mim --feedback=50 --update d6_node:contenu_actualites

Then if I try to uniinstall the module I get logically, this:

 drush @vmdevd8ce pmu workflow -y

So how can I run the migrate update command without to disable the workflow module ?
