hook_workflow and workflow tabs not working in latest dev [#2874958]

hook_workflow and workflow tabs broken in latest dev.

tracked it down to a simple variable rename problem from 8.x-1.0-beta6+8-dev to 8.x-1.0-beta6+9-dev. patch attached
