When I install Workflow to my Panopoly dev site, it seems to install at first then when I select a few items to enable and Save, the whole module goes away. If I go to the Reports page, I see this warning repeated about a dozen times for each of the .info files:

Warning: filectime(): stat failed for sites/all/modules/workflow/workflow_access/workflow_access.info in module_filter_new_modules() (line 244 of/var/www/html/profiles/panopoly/modules/contrib/module_filter/module_filter.module).
Severity: warning
I have been working with Webform, which has its own Workflow, and also Rules, another module that integrates with Workflow. I'm wondering if there are any known or unknown conflicts with any of these modules. I will disable Webform and see what happens. Or abandon Workflow and use Workbench, or something like that.
Note that no files were installed to sites/all/modules, as there is no Workflow folder there.
Any insights are much appreciated.
Peter

johnvNever seen this before. Did you have any findings here?
"Note that no files were installed to sites/all/modules, as there is no Workflow folder there."
Where did you install your modules? You should have a sites/all/modules/workflow directory, of a subdirectory of your site.

ptocco commentedAs I recall, I was able to manually install the module by dropping the unzipped folder in sites/all/modules. The auto module installer wasn't working for this. There may have been a conflict going on with Workflow, Workbench, and/or Webform workflow. In any case I've abandoned all three modules and now use Scheduler to publish articles on a schedule, which is working very well.
