Your module screenshot shows an OG permissions page that looks much like the core permissions page, with a column of checkboxes for each role. I see the list of permissions, but no roles/checkboxes.

This does not seem a problem of workbench_og but the configuration of og itselft as you don't see any checkboxes for any permissions for any OG roles. If you have different og roles you should see them in the different permissions available. Make sure you are using the last recommended branch of OG.

You were correct. The issue was unrelated to Workbench OG.
