drupalmonkey commentedveena01,
The My Sections tab is provided by the Workbench Access module. Are you using Workbench Access?
veena01 commentedYes, I'am using workbench access and workbench moderation with taxonomy.
Thanks
Comment #3
drupalmonkey commentedveena01,
Created a patch that adds a new permission for the "My Sections" tab. Please test!
agentrickardIn the update hook, please use http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/modules!user!user.module/function/user_....
agentrickardIn the permission, I think the action is "view" not, "use".
agentrickardWe also don't use underscores in permission strings, typically.
drupalmonkey commentedRerolled patch with the suggestions above.
veena01 commentedThanks.....I 'll try...
dagorym commentedJust tried this out and found the following:
I works properly for all regular users and hides the tab if they don't have the permissions.
It doesn't hide it for users with the Administrator role even if the permission check box is unchecked. This isn't an issue for me and maybe that is how it is supposed to work. Just reporting behavior I saw.
Thanks for the patch.
agentrickardDo you mean the Administrator role or uid 1?

tjhart87 commentedWas this ever committed? Or is it only in the dev branch?
BillyTom commentedI am using workbench 7.x-1.2 and I can see those two permissions.
sitaram11 commented#3 worked
Comment #15
santanu88 commented#7 is working fine :)
ann b commented#7 worked for me. I changed the status from Closed(Fixed) to Needs Review. This patch hasn't made it to production yet.
What is required for the status to be changed to RTBC?
Elango_drupal commentedHi Team,
Is there any idea to hide "Create Content" menu tab in the workbench.
techlead commented#7 no longer works on Version the 7.x-1.6 release of the module. workbench_access_update_7004 is now a duplicate method since that method name has now been taken by code that actually got committed. We need a patch to update the module name to something that isn't taken. Re-rolling the patch now.
