Windup is developed on Github
Windup is a starter theme for Drupal. It's pretty light. It's made to be cloned and then hacked. The 7.x branch makes a good effort at removing a lot of Drupal 7's core nonsense classes and wrappers, giving you a very clean slate to start a new project with. The 8.x branch is new and because of twig, we don't need to do as much as we used to, though we still do some.
