When Move Protection is enabled and a page is being edited by a user who does not have administer nodes permission title field is inactive. When the user tries to save or preview the page she always gets an error message: "Title field is required.".

I think this is a dupe of #262354: Can't save wiki content - title is locked and empty (Move Protection broken).
