Wikis' feature - users can edit each section separately - is very handy, especially for a long article. Is it supported by Wikitool or any other module?

Except it doesn't have any Drupal 7 release. Not even a dev version. However e-anima did post a port of the module for D7. It's currently in review. I don't know for how long.

The Drupal 7 beta release is now available. Came out on Jan. 31st
