This issue was reported by one of our users.

When clicking the node Preview button and using the combination of Hierachical Select + multiple taxonomies + the HS dropbox, the dropbox gets cleared of selected taxonomies and subsequent node save action will save the node without any taxonomies.

I found issue #1764350: Form rebuild overwrites selected values and patch that seem to be working in my test instance.

Hey thanks @ptsimard I took a look into this and looks like another issue was filed for this same error and committed to alpha10. #1242812: Previewing nodes deletes term reference values

Will update hs in the make file from alpha8 -> alpha10 which will also remove all patches we have to it as well since they were committed to. :)
